The Exhibition

The permanent exhibition at the Lagos Ciência Viva Centre bridges the gap between the discoveries of the past and of the present and has been developed around three theme areas: “Orientation and navigation instruments”,” Life on board” and “Distance Communication”.

 

The Portuguese seafarers of the past were men with an inquisitive, determined and adventurous temperament. At the exhibition you also have to be a bit like them – observing but also touching, experimenting and discovering.
