We_ve always love coming here but this Christmas our son has taken part in the week of festive activities they_ve got on - and he is now OBSESSED by coming here every day of his life. Good place for having your little ones burn off some energy and give mommy and daddy a bit of a breather. Unlike most museums in Europe, they have a _please touch_ policy, meaning you don_t have to have eyes at the back of your head while your kids wreck the place. We got there on a sunny afternoon and found it very relaxing, especially since they have an outdoor play area and slide! Mihai Bojin

Lovely little science museum with lots of nautical references plus workshops on different themes. Our kids learned to program Ozobot robots. Well worth the family ticket price. Rob Watson

Interesting centre with information and interactive exhibits about how the Portuguese sailors and adventurers navigated and sailed around the world. Great place for kids occupied for a couple of hours. Walkway connects to seafood restaurant on the roof of Lagos market. CJ L
